3.) Always pay attention to your needs
4.) Always works toward servicing your own desires.
Carmilla has a technique on how can we work towards making space for pleasure in our lives.
She shows us her recipe: make an inventory on paper of your life, with the following four columns.
A.) What do you have?
B.) What do you want?
C.) What I want to achieve?
D.) What do i wanna get rid of?
After this exercise she recomends to come to this list 24 hrs later and deconstruct her lists with the previous 4 principles. And start living in a hedonistic way!
